New Lat Pull PR 140#

I use PRs as a way to track how much stronger I become over time. This week I hit a new personal record on the cable last pull of 140#. This was my fourth set and each time I increased my weight. Although I only got in 6 reps at this weight, I felt so proud of myself for continuing to push myself every single day.​
