Motivation Monday

So I am super proud of this week’s video as it really shows just how powerful I’ve become.  My male best friend had been talking about wanting to workout with me, but this video made him reconsider his offer. So I’ve posted a video with this sled once before using a rope to pull it to me and then push it back to the starting position, but that was with a much lower weight. Since that first video, I’ve learned that the sled itself weighs 103 pounds. In this video, I’ve added two 45 pound plates. So I am pushing 193 pounds and at a pretty decent pace. I know I make this seem relatively easy, but it was hard work. Most people I’ve seen push the sled don’t add more than 45 pounds so I rock at this exercise. I am so proud to be a strong powerful woman.
