Motivation Monday 

It’s been a super long time since I did barbell squats, so I’m not really sure what my previous PR was. Therfroe, I’m going to count this as my standing PR. This is 115#, which includes the bar (45#), two 45# plates and two 10# plates. That’s just the added weight as squats in and of themselves are body weight exercises. I feel like my squat form had improved immensely over the years and I love how low I get in this video. I’m eager to see how much I can add on as I continue to work on this move.
