Super-abs Saturday

​Both of these videos are from my boxing workout this week. They look relatively simple, but really pack a “punch.” All jokes aside, these two moves are brutal and effective. I don’t do a lot of sit-ups because I get most of my core workout through my weekly pilates workout. I also refuse to do 100s of crunches. I did each of these two variations twice for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest break. And my abs were KILLING Amelia for 3 days after. I was honestly surprised at just how much it hurt, especially in my obliques. I feel like I could do a couple hundred straight push-ups and not hurt as much. So if you need a quick yet effective ab workout, do a couple rounds of these bad boys.
