For this straight leg deadlift, I’m using the heaviest kettle bell available in the XIT room. When I first started XIT, this kettlebell seemed impossibly heavy to me. I figured that I would go big or go home this week in class and attempt the 70 pounder. Not only was I able to lift it, but it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be.
This video also shows one of the big dilemmas that filming exercises can present for curvy girls. While I would hope people would like my video due to my form or the amount of weight I’m lifting, I would be naive to believe that none of the likes are due to the amount of cleavage that are on display through this motion. I’m pretty busty and am even bustier in a sports bra. This added to the positioning of my arms equals massive amounts of cleavage. Unfortunately that just can’t be avoided for me, so I just embrace it and still share my videos.
