Summertime in Chicagoland means endless festivals with great musical acts. This week, I fulfilled a longtime dream to see the Wallflowers perform at Ribfest. They were amazing and the weather was absolutely perfect. Instead of it being hot and humid, it was almost chilly at times. It was so nice not to be sweating buckets just sitting there. 

I chose this fun and very colorful Carly to wear for a couple reasons. One, it is long enough that I didn’t have to worry about just plopping down in the grass. Two, this dress was designed tondraw attention.  I recieved so many compliments from complete strangers for this dress and i was easy for my husband to keep track of me in the crowd. Three, regardless of the weather this dress would have beem the perfect choice. That kind of versatility cannot be taken for granted.
