Motivation Monday- hit it hard

I chose this video because I really like how it demonstrates my overall power. I always try to hit the bag with everything I’ve got, so I get the most out of each and every workout. Giving it my all helps me not only keep my heart rate up, but also allows me to expel any nervous or negative energy that I’ve been holding onto. While this concept is most easily seen through my boxing videos, I hit every workout that I do as hard as I can. My workouts not only keep me healthy physically, but play a major role for my mental health as well. Many of  my PRs have happened on days when something upsetting happened in my life , so I work out the negative emotion (sadness, anger, rage, etc.) within the gym. I know that my body is powerful enough for me to work through emotional/mental hardships. I hit it hard so that I can maintain my sanity even as I strengthen my body.
