Fitness Friday- drop it like a squat

One of the most frequent questions I get from other women at the gym is what workouts I do for my butt. I’d be lying if I didn’t admit that some of it is genetic. My sister likes to joke that I got the entire butt allotment for my immediate family. But genetics aside, I always used to tell people that I didn’t have specific exercises for gluteus. Until one day I realized that even though I’d always considered squats to be a leg exercise, they are in fact a fantastic glute workout. So while you won’t see me spending a lot of time on the butt blaster machine, it’s the rare gym workout for that doesn’t involve at least one type of squat. It helps keep “my booty on point” as someone said on my Instagram posting of this video.
