Today, we got to do some donkey kicks in between bagwork at boxing. It’s a great way to work on strengthening th connection between your core and legs for better kicking form. Donkey kicks, while they may look silly, really help to strengthen that connection. And the more you utilize your core, the stronger your kicks will be. In addition, this moves helps emphasize proper form. We did a minute of kicks on each side and my legs each felt like jelly afterwards. That just shows how effective this move is.
