One legged squats are probably my most exercise to do with the TRX bands. I love that it’s possible to get so deep of a squat with one leg crossed over the other. This move is so great for opening up tight hips, which I needed after all of my higher intensity workouts this week. Even though this move is very low impact, it is great for bumping your heart rate up. A lot of people don’t really take advantage of the fact that my gym has several set of TRX bands, and I feel that is a huge oversight on their part. I love them so much that I actually have my own set at home, so my husband and I can add some more variety into our at home workouts.
