Our gym has a power plate, which is a fun piece of equipment to add into your workout routine. The platform vibrates at different intensity levels adding a whole new dimension to other exercises. In the video above, I’m doing burpees using the platform when I jump out. The vibrations affect all the muscles in my arm making it vein more of an upper body workout. It’s a weird feeling the first few times you use it, but it has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of equipment. It can be used to help loosen up tight muscles and aid recovery or to add a whole body workout into any set of exercises.
