I had the pleasure of getting to do two different workouts with one of my oldest friends while on vacation last week. I post a blog post about our first workout and this one will focus on the second workout. This workout was also a team superset much like the first workout, but the timing was different. In this case, the end of each superset was determined by the person doing the single lap (lunges, bear crawl, duck walk etc). The other partner had to do as many reps as possible until their friend finished. My friend Erik was gracious enough to film with me so we could show a complete round of each of the partner supersets. This was really fun as we each really pushed each other.
Superset 1: Band Pull-aparts/ 1 lap ladder shuffle
Superset 2: Suitcase Deadlift/ 1 lap farmer walk
Superset 3: Shoulder Press/ 1 lap lunges
Superset 4: Bicycle Crunches/ 1 lap duck walk
Superset 5: Bicep Curls/ 1 lap bear crawl
