Today was the first opportunity we had to just throw alternating elbows. Usually elbows are part of a larger combination and you don’t even need to come into contact with the bag. This was pretty challenging because it hurts if you don’t kit the bag correctly. As I’m sure you can see in the video, part of the tags are coming unstitched from the bag which only made this exercise more challenging. I am proud to report that I made it through relatively unscathed and there was something inherently satisfying about connecting to the bag with my bare forearms.
