So this first video is from my boxing class a week ago, and is the first time I’ve been able to do more than a couple reverse crunches without having to return to the ground between each rep. Anyone who has ever done this move knows how hard it is to remain lifted the whole time. In fact, my abs were still sore today when we had to do them again.
As you can see, I was not able to stay lifted as well. My abs were definitely not fully recovered from last week, which shows how effective this move really is. I actually love that you can see me grimace in pain in this video. Workouts aren’t always pretty or pain-free but that’s just part of the journey.
