So I post a lot of videos of myself working out, and while the grand majority of them are me successfully doing the exercise, I am not afraid to post the fail videos as well. Because there is always some way you can improve your fitness. What is easy for one person may not even be possible for someone else. This was the first time I’ve ever even attempted to to plank ups with my feet in the TRX straps. I’ve done this move hundreds of times, but I just COULD NOT get the hang of it using the TRX straps. That being said, I gave it the old college try before just performing regular plank ups. But you can bet that I will be working on this move. It is my new goal to perfect this exercise by the end of the year if not sooner.
