Today for the first time we added a burpee kick into our boxing class. The instructor made it look like an awesome breakdancing move, but as you can see mine was anything but smooth. I’m hoping as we get more time to practice this move that it will become just as smooth as my jump kick. The only reason my jump kick is so smooth already is all of the Taebo videos I did in college, so I know that with enough practice I can nail this new challenge. I’m really excited about all the new kicks we’ve been adding to our repertoire. It really helps take the workout to a whole new level.
