I’ve been recording my workouts for a while, and have really enjoyed having the opportunity to be able to look back at my form and make adjustments. An added bonus is that I can also see the changes in my body over time. In this particular video, I’m able to see just how much the muscles in my upper body have developed. When I’m working out, I’m not really watching how my muscles contract as I’m focused on maintaining proper form. But watching the video back really allows me to appreciate how amazing my body is.

Sometimes you push so hard that you just collapse when you complete the final rep. I like to post videos where it shows how hard some exercises are to me, because I feel it’s important to show that I find certain exercises damn near impossible just like anyone else. It never stops me, however, from giving it my best shot. Some workouts are amazing and look amazing on film and others are a hot mess in every way possible. What matters is that I got in and got it done.
