While hitting the bag is always a great way to get your frustrations out, ball slams are a close second. There is something so satisfying about picking a heavy ball up over your head only to slam it to the ground over and over again. I love the loud thud that he ball makes when it hits the ground. It’s always try to make each thud a little louder than the last. Today I used the 30# medicine ball, which is just right for 30 seconds of slamming. For longer sets or if I was repeating it more than once, I would drop to 20# as the 30# gets heavy pretty quickly. This move is such a great whole body workout with a great cardio aspect so it’s a go to when I don’t have a lot of time, but also fits well into a longer workout as well.
