Not only did I willingly wear nothing but compression shorts and a bra to my weight out, but I wasn’t self conscious about it AT ALL. I feel so great about how much progress I have made and am eager to see how my body continues to change. I also did 2 workouts a day for the last 5 days of my challenge, which resulted in the highest weekly averages I’ve ever seen on my Polar.
Even when I’m wearing normal clothes, it’s obvious how much my body has changed. I encourage everyone not to rely too much on the scale by taking photos along the way. I find it much easier to track my progress this way.
