We just got back from a family spring break vacation. We were somewhere where I knew we would get in a lot of physical activity everyday, so I didn’t even think of packing workout clothes. I knew I would need my energy to explore the water park and resort with my family. While it was a nice break, I was so eager to get back into the gym today. Boxing still is one of my favorite workouts every single week. I love how physical it is and how rewarding it feels to land a punch. The hour always passes far too quickly. I’m already looking forward to all my other workouts coming up this week, but I’m so glad that boxing was my first workout back in the gym. Our instructor always pushes us a little bit harder than we’d like to go, and I really respect that. It’s so important to find the right people to help motivate you and push you past your mental limitations.
