This video shows a full round of a complex exercise I did in a workout class last week. I used the same weight for all of the different moves and all of the sets of increasing reps. Even though these moves are not overly complicated and flow very well together, it really becomes difficult around the set of 6 reps each. We started with 2 reps each of clean, snatch and thrusters and added 2 additional reps of each with each successive round. Add in 2-3 minutes of biking in between each round and by the time you reach 10 reps of each it becomes much harder to keep going. These types of workouts are awesome because you don’t need a lot of equipment or space to complete a solid workout. You not only workout yours arms pretty thoroughly but the cardio blasts help you get a better calorie burn.
